  • You’ll receive an email with a link to book your first call, plus a check-in scan for you to complete.

  • In our first call we’ll get clear on what you want to achieve in our time together, touch on any mindset blocks and create a clear and actionable plan.

  • Between calls you can reach out to me any time in business hours to get help past any mindset hurdles, get advice on how to handle set backs, or to celebrate your wins!

    I’ll also check-in with you to ensure you’re taking the steps we outlined in your call.
